# Terms of Use

## Acceptance

These Terms of Use apply to the BANKO! app and web experience, referred to here as the Application. By using the Application, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

## Entertainment Only

BANKO! is a casual party game for entertainment. It is not gambling, does not offer real-money wagering, and does not provide cash prizes, cash equivalents, or items of monetary value based on game outcomes.

## Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Application. Prohibited conduct includes:

- Using abusive, hateful, harassing, or unlawful player names or content.
- Attempting to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Application or its services.
- Using the Application for unlawful activity, gambling, fraud, or commercial exploitation without permission.
- Trying to access games, data, systems, or accounts that you are not authorized to access.
- Harassing or spamming other players, including in public games with people you do not know.

## Ads and Purchases

The Application shows ads. You can remove them with a one-time Remove Ads purchase or a Banko Plus membership. Some features, such as a free trial of a dice style, may be unlocked by watching an optional rewarded ad.

**Banko Plus** is an auto-renewing subscription, offered monthly or yearly at the price shown in the app. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before that period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Purchases are processed by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat and are subject to their terms and refund policies. Refund requests are handled by the store you purchased from. If you use the iOS app, the [Apple Standard End User License Agreement](https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) also applies.

Dice, hats, and other in-game items are licensed for use within the Application only. They have no cash value and cannot be sold, exchanged, or redeemed for money. Limited-time items may require an active Banko Plus membership to use.

## Privacy

Your use of the Application is also governed by the [Privacy Policy](https://bankothegame.com/privacy), which explains how game data, ads, diagnostics, and purchase-related information may be handled.

## Children

The Application is not directed to children under 13. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising use by minors in their care.

## Availability and Changes

The Application may change, experience interruptions, or become unavailable. Features, ads, purchases, multiplayer services, and supported platforms may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

## No Warranty

The Application is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Service Provider disclaims warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

## Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Service Provider will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from use of the Application.

## Intellectual Property

The Application, including its name, design, code, text, and visual assets, is owned by the Service Provider or used with permission. These terms do not grant ownership rights in the Application.

## Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Application after an update means you accept the updated terms.
